Directions to the Downtown Marriott

Free parking is only in the 5th and Marshall St. parking garage located behind the hotel and is limited to the number of spaces available on that day. A covered pedestrian bridge connects the garage to the hotel.  You will receive a parking voucher at the registration desk at the event.

From Richmond 1-95 Southbound:
From 1-95 South take exit 74C, which will read Broad St. (250 West). The Richmond Marriott will be nine blocks from exit 74C, on the right hand side on the corner of Broad St. and 5th St.  For free parking in the parking deck, pull through the valet circle and turn right onto 5th St. Go one block to Marshall St. and turn right, the deck will be on the left. From the 3rd level of the parking deck you can access the skywalk attached to the hotel.

From Richmond/I-64 Eastbound:
64 East will converge with 1-95 South take exit 74C,  which will read Broad St. (250 West).
The Richmond Marriott will be nine blocks from exit 74C, on the right hand side on the corner of Broad St. and 5th St. For free parking in the parking deck, pull through the valet circle and turn right onto 5th St. Go one block to Marshall St. and turn right, the deck will be on the left. From the 3rd level of the parking deck you can access the skywalk attached to the hotel.

From Richmond/I-64 Westbound:
From 1-64 West take exit 190, which will read 5th Street/Coliseum exit. You will be on 5th St.  Proceed 1/3 mile and the hotel will be on the left-hand side on the corner of 5th St. and Broad St. For free parking in the parking deck, from 5th St., the parking deck is one block before the hotel on Marshall St. Turn left onto Marshall St., the garage will be on the left. From the 3rd level of the parking deck, you can access the skywalk attached to the hotel.

From Richmond/I-95 Northbound:
From North on 1-95 take exit 74-C, which will read Broad St (250 West). The Richmond Marriott will be nine blocks from 74-C, on the right hand side on the corner of Broad St. and 5d1 St.  For free parking in the parking deck, pull through the valet circle and turn right onto 5th St. Go one block to Marshall St. and turn right, the deck will be on the left. From the 3rd level of the parking deck you can access the skywalk attached to the hotel.
